Michael Moncur is the owner of Starling Technologies, a consulting firm specializing in networking and the Internet. He is also a freelance Webmaster, author, and instructor, and has maintained The Quotations Page, a Web resource for famous quotations, since 1994. Recent books include Teach Yourself DHTML in 24 Hours (Sams), Teach Yourself JavaScript in 24 Hours (Sams), and MCSE in a Nutshell: The Windows 2000 Exams (O'Reilly). He has also created online courses on the MCSE program, Microsoft Office, MySQL, and PHP for DigitalThink and IBM Developerworks.
